That answers my question...

Yesterday, Nintendo showed another video for Pokemon Sun and Moon. In it, they showed Aloha Raticate. Looks like my question about whether or not Aloha Rattata would have an Aloha evolution has been answered.

    I'm not so sure about that. The way it's face looks, it might have EATEN a Rattata. Not evolved from one.

      Funny you should mention that. The reason why Rattata are different in Aloha, Was because they had to become nocturnal to find food.
