Problem time again...

Not only can I not log onto the Super Smash Bros. 3DS DLC shop, but I have yet to see Mighty No.9. Does anybody know Mighty No.9's new release date?

    I found information that it was supposed to be released this month however they have had some setbacks so it will probably not be this month but it will still be soon.
