Happy Halloween!

I had the day off work yesterday so I didn't post anything yesterday. But since today is Halloween, I thought I should remind everyone to have a safe and fun day today. Okay?

A nice idea.

Since the first Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider movie, the Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider movies have always been split into at least 3 parts. The first part focused on the characters of the recent rider series, and how things were going for them since their T.V. show ended. The second part featured the characters of the new show in a movie-only side story. And the last part had the riders of the first parts finally teaming up to fight a villain that had the combined powers of the foes from the first parts of the movie. While that is fun, I heard that the newest movie, staring Drive and Ghost, will not be split into parts. Meaning the characters from both shows will be able to interact with each other a lot more! I think this is a nice change of pace, don't you?

Worth the wait.

Some of the promised DLC for Shovel Knight is now available (such as the Challenge mode, and Plague Knight's story mode). I for one like it. It's a nice change of pace, and (just as the title says) well worth the wait. You should get it even if you haven't gotten Shovel Knight yet.

Finally...

Not only was there a brand new episode of Studio C yesterday, but it was also a Halloween special. As always, it was funny.

In the spotlight...

Kamen Rider Drive's series maybe over, but the legacy of it's story and characters live on. This is proven by the fact that a new direct-to-video movie staring Kamen Rider Chaser is in production. I for one am happy for a another chance to see Chaser in action, how about you?

My bad...

Sorry folks, but I jumped the gun too quickly. The dates for the start and end to the Hoopa giveaway that I've posted, were for people in the United Kingdom, not for North America. I'll let you know when the Hoopa giveaway really starts in North America. Again, sorry about that.

When nothing's going on...

Since there hasn't been new episodes of Studio C and The Muppets this week, I don't have anything to post today. Sorry.

Room for improvement.

Super Mario Maker is an awesome game, but I feel some things could be added. 1st, more power ups (like the Frog and Hammer Bros. suits). 2nd, have Keys to unlock stuff with. 3rd, Checkpoints. And that's about all I can think of right now, but if I come up with more, I'll let you know. Of course these are just minor things, Super Mario Maker is still an awesome game worth playing.

I've been thinking...

After playing Super Mario Maker for awhile, I've been thinking (hence this post's title), wouldn't it be great if Megaman ZX got the same treatment? True it's a really long shot since Capcom isn't doing anything with Megaman other than re releasing the first few games, but I think it would be nice to be able to make my own Megaman ZX game, don't you agree?

Upcoming time off.

For those of you who go to school (or work there), UEA weekend is coming up. Which means we'll have Thursday and Friday off. Cool or what?

This October 23rd until November 5th, Gamestop will allow you to download Hoopa to your 3DS Pokemon games. I for one am excited about this, how about you?

Megaman Legacy Collection has been out for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One for sometime now. But since it only has the first 6 Megaman games, while the Anniversary Collection (which I got about 10 years back) has Megaman 1 through 8, AND both the Power Battles and Fighters arcade games, I found no interest in the Legacy Collection. But if Capcom keeps their word about releasing a 3DS version of Legacy Collection early next year, I'll get the 3DS version, since I've never had Megaman games 2 through 6 on a portable system before. Plus Megaman 6 is one of my favorites since it was the first Megaman game I was able to beat without a Game Genie.

Autobots! Transform, and roll out!

Finally managed to see some videos of the video game Transformers Devastation, and it looks awesome! It's like a long lost episode of the original Transformers T.V. show that you can play! Unfortunately for me, I don't have the money or the space for a Playstation 4 or Xbox One (which the game is on). But if you do, and are a Transformers fan, you owe it to yourself to at least try it out.

 

Crossovers help.

There's this video game series called Skylanders that's been around for some time now. While I've never been interested in it, I like how Bowser and Donkey Kong are guest starring in Skylanders Superchargers. It's actually making me consider getting the game. Now if there was a Skylanders Superchargers bundle that had both Bowser and Donkey Kong (and there vehicles) that would be great, don't you think?

Yesterdays episode of Studio C was super funny! From many famous time travelers (like Doc Brown from Back to the Future) going back in time to stop World War 2, to another part of the Couchville saga, I laughed more than normal, and enjoyed it!
